Had to write a review too since it hasn’t been any problem for us. Ours works as shown and is cute!
Most of the accessories work fine, once you get them together. This one does not function as described. The hamster gets thru it but it is only successful at pushing the car out every once in a while. On a regular floor it goes backwards fine, but cannot go forward. The doors also fall off the garage. Save your money. Buy two hamsters instead, they work great!
